    Abstract: 本研究旨在建構大學知識管理成效指標,採德懷術調查法,以12位學者專家為調查對象,並進行兩回合德懷術調查。
    本研究結論:一、較適合做為知識管理成效指標為:快速回應重要校務問題、提升學校教學效能與研究產出質量、增強服務品質、增加知識儲存的能力、增加創新能力、改善校務行政流程、幫助學校作成較佳的決策、增進教職員學習、增進教職員的工作知能、創造教職員生價值願景;二、上述指標以「幫助學校作成較佳的決策」為最重要。
    本研究建議:一、選取最適合的成效指標時,可考慮「較快速回應重要校務問題」等6項指標;二、成效指標重要性列為首要時,可選擇具重要性之「幫助學校作成較佳的決策」為指標項目,做為大學知識管理成效衡量之準則。
    The main purpose of this research was to develop indicators for measuring knowledge management performance in universities. A Delphi survey was employed to survey 12 experts’ points of view on performance indicators for knowledge management in universities. Concluding remarks, that include six indicators ranked as most appropriate ones, among them indicator of being helpful for schools’ better decision making ranked as most important one, and indicator of being helpful for schools’ better decision making also ranked as both most and appropriate and important one, are drawn from the findings. Based on the results, suggestions that include six indicators such as faster in response to issues concerned with school administration should be taken into account, and when importance being considered as first priority, indicator of being helpful for schools’ better decision making should be considered firstly, and in examining the performance of knowledge management being helpful for schools’ better decision making should be taken as the best rationale of indicator are proposed.
