title: 政治大學服務學習組織架構分工及整合 abstract: 本校於民國八十七年即著手進行規劃本校服務學習相關制度,歷經六年,相關制度、法規等均應重新檢討利弊得失。本計劃針對本校服務學習法規、制度、實際運作等進行彙整及審視,參酌他校制度法規,以為本校未來規劃之參考。相較他校,本校組織運作上,在推動委員會下以第三部門研究中心為政策規劃之行政幕僚單位,並結合書院「教室外學習」、「全人教育」之理念,共同推動本校服務學習,為本校特色。然而,在課程規劃、獎勵制度、師資培訓、教材編制、評鑑機制等方面,仍有待加強與努力。
NCCU established the related regulations of service-learning in 1998. After six years, all the related regulation and system should be reconsidered and adjested. This project reevaluate the regulations by inspecting the contents of the regulations and the outcome of praticing such regulations, and referring to other schools’ regulations.Compared with other schools, NCCU is special to have the Center of the Third Sector to help regulate the related policies. Also, due to Chengchi College’s goals of “learning outside the classrooms” and “holistic education”, it also works on promoting service learning in NCCU.However, NCCU should work on some other aspects, such as course structure, reward system, lectuere training, teaching material compilation, and evaluation system.

title: 國立政治大學身心健康白皮書之規劃研究 abstract: 本校務發展研究的主要目的在瞭解教師(含研究人員)、職員工、碩博士班及大學部學生的快樂感受、幸福感、身心健康困擾或問題、生活型態(含睡眠、飲食與運動)、壓力調適、社會支持網絡等的現況與其影響的因素,同時亦收集教職員工生對身心健康服務的需求與對目前服務的評價,以及對於『健康快樂幸福』的大學校園及職場的看法或期待。另外亦併入身心健康中心有關本校教職員工生的身心健康客觀數據、服務資料與政策法規,以及中心業務執行現況、限制或困境。本調查研究透過網路問卷及紙本問卷總計回收有效樣本為3698人,約占全校總人數的兩成多,含蓋所有系所單位數的八成五。受試中,女性多於男性,並以職員工問卷的回收率最高(達四成),碩士班學生的回收率相對最低。另外,訪談了21位職員工、17位碩博士班學生、62位大學部學生。最後彙整本研究各項結論,依據國內外相關文獻、著名大學實施經驗,提出相關政策及服務的建議,以作為校方未來規劃「政治大學身心健康白皮書」之具體參考。
The goals of this research project on NCCU University Affairs Development were to (1) collect the self-report of the full-time teaching staff, research fellows, employees, graduates, and undergraduates on the subjects of happiness, subjective well-being (SWB), physical and psychological distress, lifestyle (including the quality of sleep, diet and exercise), stressor(s) and coping strategies, experiences of seeking help, social support network, etc., (2) assess the needs for and satisfaction with physical and mental health services of the faculty members, employees and students, (3)collect the opinions on “Health, Happiness and Well-being” of NCCU, (4) analyze the objective indicators (as results of health examinations) and the documents of Physical and Mental Health Center. Questionnaires, internet survey, and interviews were used to collect data. 3698 valid subjects of the survey came from 85% of all academics and administration departments . In addition, there are 21 employees, 17 graduates and 62 undergraduates to be interviewed. Based on the results, some recommendations of the policies and services were proposed for“NCCU White Paper on Physical and Mental Well-being”.

title: 學生宿舍費定價之研究 abstract: 近年物價上漲,各大學因應宿舍支出成本上升,紛紛調漲宿舍收費,但往往
缺少一客觀明確之宿費計價公式,造成校方與學生間之爭議。本研究團隊在分析
住宿組提供之各年度所有宿舍基本資料與收支項目後,發展出一套宿費計價公式。
本公式融入使用者付費、合理公平及成本效益之精神,將宿舍運作時產生之費用
公平且透明地分攤給住宿生,本公式並且能達到宿舍經營損益兩平之目標,符合
校方與住宿生共同之期望。本研究以民國99 年度資料套入本公式計算模型,發
現目前宿舍收費金額尚屬合理,並無大幅調整之必要。本研究並透過問卷方式,
蒐集本校住宿生與非住宿生對於宿舍管理及分攤公式建立之意見。
<br>description: Cost of dormitory operation and management has increased for the recent years
due to the steep rise in labor, utilities, maintenance and overhead prices. Many
universities which face the budget pressure have adjusted their student housing rates.
However, the rate increments may lead to huge dissatisfaction from dorm residents
because there often is no objective and clear pricing mechanism for adjusting housing
rates. After analyzing the historical data of the student housing units of NCCU and
their corresponding expenditures, we develop a pricing formula by which the cost of
dormitory operation and management can be allocated fairly and transparently to
respective dorm residents. The formula which encompasses the principles of
user-pays, fairness, and cost-effectiveness can help achieve the goal of break-even
which meets the expectations of both NCCU administration and dorm residents. By
comparing the 2010 rates derived from our formula with the actual rates, we find the
actual rates basically acceptable and therefore, it is unnecessary to sharply adjust the
current room charges. Finally, a survey is also conducted to collect the opinion of
dorm residents and other students about dorm management and pricing formula.

title: 大學生不當網路言論之行為模式 與規範對策 abstract: 近年來,網路誹謗案例隨科技之發展而日益增多,實究因於人們基於網路的
去中心化、匿名性、使用便利等特性而忽略於虛擬世界中所為之行為仍受真實世
界之法律規範;其中,學生又為網際網路之高度使用者,且在個人主義思潮和言
論自由高度開放的環境下,學生多有自主思想之表達,甚至是敢怒敢言,致使學
生於網路發表之不當言論涉入社會糾紛甚至因而遭受訟累。針對此現況,本研究
將搜尋國內外之案例進行分析,來歸納出網路不當言論之行為類型與成因後果,
促使學生注意相關之法律規範,以期建立有效之規範對策。
