    Abstract: 一個企業在永續經營的過程中,面對不斷追求成長或改變的市場需求,而由於環境的變化,對於企業不論是內部與外部所造成的衝擊,都會迫使企業不得不轉型。
    本研究將所屬在醫學美容產業中的個案公司,如何透過代理的消耗性醫療器材產品,開始進行轉型之企業個案進行研究,主要探討企業在追求持續成長的過程中,為了拓展新市場如何透過知識管理、創新能力與策略的擬定,並重新配置和有效地利用自身的有限資源,藉由透過一連串的活動後,以累積自身的核心能力,跨入一個不屬於公司現行的商業活動範圍,進而開展出一新事業。

    本研究發現得到的結論是:
    1. 企業組織中的知識管理與成員的學習能力,是推動經營策略到培養創新能力的關鍵性角色。
    2. 企業利用與顧客間高度互動的知識交流與學習機制,建立共同成長路徑,與培養良好關係,以跨越進入新市場的門檻。
    3. 創新能力是累積競爭優勢的關鍵來源。
    4. 對於轉型的企業來說,其競爭優勢及轉型能力的來源,則來自於創新能力的培養。
    5. 企業透過有利知識創造的環境與流程,以及良善的顧客互動關係,得以創造進入下一策略位置所需的知識,與突破進入新領域的知識門檻。
    An enterprise in the process of sustainable management, facing the constant pursuit of growth and change of market demand, and due to changes in the environment, regarding the enterprise whether caused by internal and external impact, will force firms to transformation.
    This study belongs in the medical cosmetic industry in case study of the company, how to through an agent by the consumable medical device product, to study for transformation of the enterprise case. Focus on enterprises in the pursuit of sustained growth in the process. How to through knowledge management, innovation ability and strategic formulation to develop the new markets? And, to reconfigure and effectively use for its limited resources, and by through a series of activities to accumulate their own core competencies. The case study of the company entered a not belong to the company`s existing scope of business activities, and to carry out a new business.

    The conclusions of this research are:
    1. The knowledge management and learning ability in the enterprise, is to promote the business strategy to foster innovation in a key role.
    2. Use for highly interactive of knowledge exchange and learning mechanism with customer in the enterprise. To establishment of a common growth pathway and cultivating good relations. That can be across into new market.
    3. The innovation ability is a key source of cumulative for competitive advantage.
    4. For the transformation of enterprises, the source of competitive advantage and transformation ability are cultivating innovation ability.
    5. Enterprises have to create a favorable for environment and processes of knowledge creation, and the good interaction with customer that able to create into next strategic filed for knowledge and to breakthrough into the knowledge threshold of the new domain.
