    Abstract: 跨太平洋夥伴協定之談判已經於2015年10月完成，於2016年初展開簽署。在區域經貿整合之洪流下，高度倚賴對外貿易之臺灣，自無法置身事外。本文先從該協議之綜覽出發，討論相關章節架構與內容。其次，本文針對其中環境章節之規範為進一步之說明，以求釐清長久以來在WTO下有所爭執之貿易與環境互動，究竟在TPP下有何突破？而是否仍有其限制？結論處則簡述貿易與環境互動之未來發展。
    The negotiations of the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement have been completed in October 2015, and it is expected to start signature procedure in early 2016. Facing trends of regional economic and trade integration, Taiwan, highly dependent on foreign trade, could not simply stay out. This paper begins with an overview of the Agreement by analyzing its structure, chapters and contents. Secondly, this article develops a more detailed introduction and advanced comments on the environment chapter of TPP, in order to clarify the long-debating trade and environment interaction in WTO, and tries to figure out if any breakthrough would be shown in TPP? And are there still any limits thereto? Conclusions envisages future development of trade and environment interaction.
