Abstract:	「產品責任」是指廠商因產品缺陷（包括製造缺陷、設計缺陷和展示缺陷）而使使用者受到損害時所負的賠償責任。本文說明產品責任的意義及其法律基礎，介紹美國產品責任的演進情形，並從廠商的立場探討應如何有效管理產品責任問題。廠商一旦因產品缺陷而發生賠償責任時，損失往往非常重大。本文提出六項具體的管理措施，可供廠商採行，以消除、降低或轉移產品責任的風險。
