    Title: 性別、年級、自我坦露與寂寞感的關係

    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討男、女中學生和大學生在寂寞感(Loneliness)的差異，以及自我坦露(Self-disclosure)與寂寞感的關係：本研究共抽取大臺北地區高級中等學生（含高中、高職）1367人（男生719人、女生648人），大學生364人（男生178人、女生186人），總計為1731人，研究工具為修訂Russell(1980)之加州大學寂寞感量表(The Revised UCLA Loneliness Scale)，與修訂Miller et al., (1983)之自我坦露量表，將坦露對象區分為父親、母親、男性朋友、女性朋友和教師。寂寞感量表經主軸因素分析共抽出三個因素；孤獨無助、歸屬感弱、缺乏友伴。各分量表的內部一致性α值分別為0.85、0.73、0.83，總量表為0.89，自我坦露量表無論其坦露對象為何 ，均只抽出一個因素，內部一致性α值為0.92（向父親自我坦露），0.91（母親），0.94（男性朋友），0.93（女性朋友），0.92（教師）。利用重覆量數多因子變異數分析、多元迴歸及典型相關之統計方法分析所得結果如下：1.中學生與大學生在寂寞感總量表上並無顯著差異，然而在分量表上則有顯著不同，大學生比中學生更感孤獨無助，中學生則比大學生更感到缺乏友伴。2.男女的寂寞感並沒有差異，但性別和年級，寂寞感有交互作用，事後比較結果為：中學男生比中學女生更孤獨無助，中學女生比中學男生更感缺乏友伴，大學女生比中學女生更孤獨無助，中學女生比大學女生更感缺乏友伴，中學男生比大學男生更感缺乏友伴。3.自我坦露的對象不同，對寂寞感的影響力亦不同。在中學男、女生及大學女生方面，向父親自我坦露最有助於孤獨無助的降低，但向女性朋友自我坦露則最有助於缺乏友伴的降低。在大學男生方面，向女性朋友自我坦露最有助於孤獨無助和缺乏友伴的降低，但向男性朋友自我坦露則最有助於歸屬感弱的降低。4.無論其性別或年級，受試者之自我坦露的程度越高，寂寞感越低。由典型相關結果可知，中學男生、大學男生利大學女生的自我坦露對寂寞感的重疊指數為6.6%至9.4%，但中學女生則未形成典型因素。
