Abstract:	普魯東是無政府主義者的始祖，1840年以「什麼是財產？」自答「財產是盜竊」一書名滿歐洲，並深獲馬克思好感。但他的「信貸銀行」、「互助合作」等理想，和馬克思的「無產階級專政」思想，勢成水火。普魯東的尊崇勞動者，維護小農、小工人社會利益的思想，在歐洲大陸法國、瑞士、比利時擁有廣大信徒，第一國際以國際工人協會名義建立後，首先與拉薩爾派鬥爭，其次便與普魯東派鬥爭。1867年第一國際的洛桑代表大會，是兩派鬥爭的高峰期，大會上通過的某些提案，對以後國際共產主義運動和人類禍福，都發生極大影響。洛桑大會上，普魯東派首次提出人類史上交通、運輸、銀行業的收回國有，並獲通過。大會上也提出土地國有化的問題，雖被否決撤銷，卻和廢除軍備問題一樣，成為以後社會主義者國際會議必有的爭論課題。社會主義運動的觸角，從洛桑大會後進入社會民生問題的核心。1867年9月另一件影響現代人生的大事，是馬克思「資本論」第一卷的出版。不論這本書是「真理」或是「謬論」，對二十世紀人類命運的改變之大，卻是不容否認的。雖然九十年代可能是共產主義滅亡的年代，「資本論」這部共產主義「聖經」，在社會主義運動的天路歷程裏，仍有加以重新研究的必要。洛桑大會和這本書的出版，也被學者相提併論。
