Title:	有關國內大專院校教職員網球運動員的網球肘

Abstract:	本文的主要目的是在探討，國內大專院校教職員，有關網球肘的一些問題：年齡，球齡，每週打球的次數，使用球拍的大小，拍線的質料，兼打羽，桌球，開始打球時有教師指導或無教師指導等，與網球肘出現的相關性，並與歐美運動醫學家們所得的結果做比較。結果發現，雖然我們的取樣不同，但結果卻大同小異。尤其兼打羽球，甚至對女性球員有助益。同時也發現，中拍面球拍較適合男性球員，而大面球拍則適合女性球員使用。This paper discusses problemes related to tennis elbow of players among university members of Colleges in Taiwan: How do players` age) their playing duration and frequency, the use of rackets` size and strings` material, their simultaneously playing badminton or table tennis, whether playing under trainers` guidance etc, have to do with the occurrence of tennis elbow. We compare our results with studies done by researchers from some European countries and USA. In spite of different statistical samples, our findings resemble almost in all cases. The result shows among others that especially for female players playing both tennis and badminton lowers the occurrence of tennis elbow We also discover that middle size rackets are more suitable for male players while female players are better adviced to use large size rackets.
