Abstract:	「終端使用者應用」之有效管理，是近年來資訊主管面所臨的重要課題，在資訊管理文獻中，並有許多學者探討「終端使用者應用」的管理策略，但大部分的研究是屬於定性、探索性與非實證性之研究，只提出一些管理的指導原則，且每位學者所提出的策略分類常不一致，故本文之目的，在將這些不同的策略分類加以彙總比較。推展「終端使用者應用」將帶來生產力提昇，但相當的亦會造成管理上的問題，因此組織應訂立一些措施來控制之，故管理策略的目標，就是希望在生產力和控制兩者之間能達到均衡，但基本上，這兩者是有所衝突的，事實上每位學者所提出的各種管理策略，其主要差異，即在這兩個構面之實施程度不同而已。本研究發現過去文獻不足之處有：(1)缺乏具體的策略衡量構面；(2)缺乏實證研究；(3)某些管理策略是否存在？；(4)策略的分類並不完全一致；(5)策略的演進階段是否存在？針對這些不足之處，本研究提出未來努力的方向有：(1)建立一套更具體的EUC管理策略之衡量構面；(2)建立一個以EUC管理策略為核心的理論模型；(3)進行實證研究，以支持EUC管理策略分類之適當性。
