Title:	國民小學學校教學配合措施與教師教學效能之關係研究

Abstract:	本研究旨在探討學校教學配合措施與教師教學效能之關係情形。本研究以台北市公立國民小學教師為研究對象，以「教師教學效能量表」及「國民小學學校教學配合措施狀況調查問卷」為工具進行研究，問卷施測有效樣本386位，分別以描述分析、單因子變異數分析、多因子變異數分析，典型相關分析方法針蒐集研究資料進行統計分析。研究重要發現如下：一、就描述分析言：(1)學校配合措施量表各向度的得分，依序為「師生支持態度」、「課程編排配合」、「校長支持態度」、「設備環境配合」，最後為「家長支持態度」。(2)教師教學效能量表各向度的得分，依序為「教學理念理解」、「教學原則理解」、「教學評量實施」、「教學目標理解」、「教學活動實施」，最後為「教學課程實施」。二、就變異數分析而言：(1)低中高學校教學配合措施在整體教師教學效能已達顯著差異水準，經多重比較發現高分組優於中、低分組；中分組優於低分組。(2)低中高學校教學配合措施在教師教學效能的六個向度，除教學理念理解在高、中分組優於低分組外；其在教學目標理解、教學原則理解、教學活動實施、教學課程實施、教學評量實施上均發現有高分組優於中、低分組，中分組也優於低分組。三、就典型相關程度而言：(1)學校配合措施為Ｘ組變項，抽出一組變項已達0.001顯著水準；(2)就典型因素的解釋量為17.43%；(3)就典型相關的結構係數而言，以「師生態度」對教師教學效能的相關程度最高，其次為課程編排、家長態度、設備環境、校長支持態度愈高，則教師教學效能之教學目標理解、教學原則理解、教學活動實施、教學課程實施、教學評量實施的效能愈好。歸納言之，由本研究之結果，似乎可以推論學校教學配合措施得分愈高之學校在教師教學效能的情形，均優於學校教學配合措施得分較低之學校。
