Abstract:	王國維先生為近代學術史上傑出著名之學者，造詣至深。本論文僅就王氏《人間詞話》專書，以及其有關文學評論之雜著中，剖析歸納，得其文學見解，約有數端：一、探本索源之境界說：（一）創境界說為評詞之尺度，（二）言境界為探本之論，（三）論境界有「有無」「虛實」「大小」之區分。二、「第二形式」之古雅說：（一）古雅之意義，（二）古雅之寫作技巧。三、反功利之文學觀。四、真善美之文學觀。五、「入內出外」之宇宙人生觀。六、文學家之文學批評觀：（一）月旦人物，（二）品評作品。七、文學演進之歷史觀。綜觀靜安先生之文學見解，雖間有瑕疵，然仍瑕不掩瑜也。
