Abstract:	當研究者基於先驗訊息進行因素分析時，傳統之探索性因素分析法並無法將訊息融入估計程序中。因此，本文主要目的即在說明三種可以融入先驗訊息之估計方法，這些方法可總稱為先驗性因素分析法。這些方法包括多群因素分析法、工具變項因素分析法及驗證性因素分析法。文中除說明此三種方法之估計程序外，並實際設計程式，進一步以實例比較三者之估計結果。由估計步驟之說明及應用結果之比較可以得知：在估計程序上，以多群因素分析法最簡便，而以驗證性因素分析法最具「彈性」。在實例估計結果方面，以多群因素分析法之估計結果最具「合理性」，而以工具變項因素分析法之估計結果較差。此外，本文並就實例比較驗證性因素分析法在樣本常態及非常態下之估計結果，發現樣本非常態分配時，因素負荷量有高估之可能。
