    Abstract: 國際商會於一九三三年制定「信用狀統一慣例」(U.C.P.)之後，經四次修訂而成為國際使用信用狀交易之當事人必須遵守之統一規則。依該慣例之規定，當事人須以單據為基礎，並有：(１)銀行之免責，(２)原則不予受理之單據，(３)強制性事項，(４)原則性事項等之規定，對於使用信用狀交易之當事人構成相當高度之風險。本篇論文係基於此觀點分為八大項，做深入探討，是研究信用狀統一慣例及貿易買賣問題之新嘗試。
