Abstract:	農業係以土地為對象，從事動、植物之生產，其中的耕種業與土地的關係，尤為密切。農業經營的目的在於追求最大而持久的利潤，為此必須不斷地提高土地利用度（或稱集約度）與擴大農場經營規模。集約度屬於短期經營的調整，規模屬於長期經營的調整，兩者關係頗為密切。本文目的在於基於農地利用原則，擬以解明提高集約度與擴大農場經營規模之間的相互關係，據此不斷地尋求最適集約度，達成農業經營所追求最大而持久的利潤。在擴大農場經營規模過程中，為了實現各階段的最適規模，除須考慮各種生產要素的組織以外，作物制度的組合特別重要。其組合除須考慮地方的維護以外，亦須考慮所需勞力在時間分配上的均衡，藉此降低勞力需求的尖峰(Peak)減低農忙季節的雇工費用，增進農業經營的收益性。
