Title:	台灣地區民眾對電視媒介回饋型態研究

Abstract:	這兩三年廣播電視叩應(call-in)節目盛行，是否代表「主動閱聽人」時代的來臨？本研究嘗試從扮演接收者的閱聽人角色出發，根據閱聽人對電視媒介的互動關係，審視台灣地區民眾對電視媒介的回饋型態，並建立一測量閱聽人回饋型態量表。研究者以郵寄問卷調查，輔以親身問卷調查，向台灣地區戶間抽樣的1509個樣本戶展開調查，再就回收有效問卷689份進行分析，根據研究結果探討三項研究問題：1.目前台灣地區民眾對電視的回饋型態為何？2.有那些基本人口變項影響民眾對電視的回饋？3.有那些傳播行為變項影響民眾對電視的回饋？本文除提出對電視實務界、相關理論研究建議，並呼籲政府立法保障回饋為一般大眾的社會權利，社區相關單位應提供適合公民參與傳播過程的訓練計劃。
