Abstract:	本文論述淮南子之道德思想，其範圍限定在個人道德之研究。其主調以「道」與「德」為核心，而根據道之用；虛無，無為，自然，素樸與真誠，以闡述其道德之意義與成德之方，以返性於恬愉清靜而達至於真人之道德最高境界。再者，淮南子之道德思想源自老莊，雖承繼有所同本，然而亦多有所改異之處。行文中，本文僅對個人，道德人格成德之闡述以及與老莊之異同多有分辨與研究。
