Abstract:	本研究係透過新加坡駐臺北商務代表辦事處梁秘書（前任），蒐集新加坡高等教育最新的第一手現況和統計資料，並參考國內外有關研究文獻，以文獻分析法(documentary analysis method)，先就新加坡的教育制度作一介紹，其次說明新加坡高等教育概況，再就大學教育、師範教育、技術教育的行政管理與教學課程加以探析。經研究分析發現，新加坡的高等教育，在獨特的普通與技能雙軌分流教育制度基礎上，呈現學校制度分流化、入學申請多元化、行政管理民主化、教育課程彈性化、技術教育經驗化、教育設施現代化等六項特色，值得我國高等教育發展的借鏡與參考。
