Abstract:	孔子管理思想近來頗受管理學界重視。孔子管理思想是建立中國式管理時，必須納入考慮的重要管理思想。本研究利用得自論語、中庸與大學之七十一項孔子管理思想，探討孔子管理思想在我國企業管理上之實務可行性。本研究利用問卷訪問150位受訪管理者，回收134份有效問卷。調查結果顯示，孔子管理思想具有顯著高度企業管理實務可行性，同時對孔子管理思想之實務可行性，在各級管理階層組、各年齡組、各教育程度組、各教育科系背景組及各管理資歷組間均無顯著差異。惟在不同功能性職務別管理組間，對孔子管理思想之實務可行性意見則有顯著差異，其中以研究與技術管理組較高。
