    Abstract: 本研究主要之目的,在於測定股票投資人的交易量對於資訊性事件的反應,特別是發行公司收益資料的宣佈,對於股票交易量可能造成的反應。運用一個簡單的一般均衡模式,顯示交易量的反應,主要乃是投資人對於資訊的信任度分歧所致,更進一步顯示,交易量變動的程度,並不一定和資訊信任度變動的程度直接相關,而是和投資人資訊信任度變動的分歧程度關係更密切。更進一步分析,股票交易量變動和股票價格變動,對投資人資訊結構之關係,顯示研究市場事件的資訊內容,僅僅是分析股票價格變動是不夠的,完整的研究必須包括股票交易量變動的分析。
