Abstract:	EUC的重要性與管理常被提及，傳統上「最終使用者」皆強調組織內的成員，但對於跨組織資訊分享系統之EUC的發展與管理卻末被重視，本文主要著眼於，在建立跨組織的資訊分享系統之過程中，如何採用有效的途徑以管理和控制最終使用者，以完成系統的整合。本文以最終使用者的組織自主性(autonomy)程度和應用系統的關連性(relativity)程度，把所有跨組織ISS的EUC區分成六種不同類型之群體。本文針對不同型態的最終使用者和應用系統分別提出集中、資訊中心、規則指導、分散此四種控制強度不同的管理策略，使能與組織和系統的特性相配合，以滿足EUC成功之必要條件－－在生產力和控制之間達成最佳均衡。
