Abstract:	商代的宗教信仰大約可以區分為神靈崇拜和祖先崇拜這兩大部分；商人乃以對其至上神「帝」的崇拜來統攝兩者的體系。在本文中作者將依據甲骨文，來探討商代神靈及祖先崇拜的對象。全文分為二章；在神靈崇拜這一章內又分天神、地祇二節，在祖先崇拜這一章內又分高祖、四報二示、王祖王妣、上帝王帝四節。有關商人信仰崇拜的行為，即包括占卜、巫術、儀式、象徵等節，因為牽涉到的問題層面甚廣，作者將另以專文論之，不在此地討論。
