    Title: The Argument of the Euthyphro

    Abstract: 政治實體(the city)的存在是建基在傳統，即nomos，是藉亦詩亦預言的techne表答此政冶實體產生之謎。政治活動必須靠此亦詩亦預言的techne來作為正統作為的基礎，而在正統作為中就界定了什麼是美德。哲學與政治實體是對立的，因為哲學的techne－即dialog－曝露出nomos的嬌揉做作。特別是，政治實體的神性來源和其對諸神的依賴性並非美德存在的必要條件。經由與Euthyphro的對談，Socrates透教露出，因為就像nomos所稱諸神不存在，所以神聖是不必要的。也因此對人類而言，有關神性的知識是沒價值的。結論是：在哲學及政治上至高至廣的美德－正義－只是人類的美德。更進一步研究的各項課題。
