Title:	領導方式與人格特質對工人工作滿足的影響

Abstract:	本研究的目的係探討國內鋼鐵業工廠部各單位主管的領導方式與技術工的人格特質對技術工本身工作滿足的影響。218位技術工分別接受三種測驗：領導行為描述問卷，洛氏內外制握量表以及SRA員工調查量表。資料分析採用2x2x2人數不等組ANOVA。本研究結果發現：(1)領導者的結構因素和體恤因素都對技術工的工作滿足造成顯著的影響；(2)技術工的人格特質對其工作滿足並未造成任何差異以及(3)領導者的結構因素、體恤因素及技術工的人格特質對技術工本身的工作滿足具有交互作用。根據事後比較發現，在高結構高體恤的領導方式下，內控的技術工較外控的技術工易於達到工作滿足；內控的技術工在高結構高體恤的領導下比在低結構高體恤的領導下更易達到工作滿足。
