    Abstract: 連動債自1990年代進入台灣市場，歷經不同階段的發展，2008年美國投資銀行雷曼兄弟公司因次級房貸危機破產，造成台灣連動債市場劇烈震盪，投資人鉅額虧損引發連動債投資爭議，最終演變為嚴重社會問題。
    這場全球性的金融危機，造成台灣連動債市場從熱銷急速降至停售冰點。然而復售至今的台灣連動債市場，相關之金融監理與銷售自律，亦演進至新的階段。
    本文針對連動債於台灣市場的發展，從商品本質、交易架構、市場演進、銷售爭議、金融監理以及銀行實務，進行探究分析，以釐清其中的過程，並呈現最新的發展。
