    Abstract: 本研究主要探討海洋貨櫃運輸產業發展現況，產業結構，競爭態勢，以及個案公司的商業模式隨著國際總體經濟情勢以及競爭情勢而改變的必要性。海洋貨櫃運輸產業發跡至今略超過百年，大大加速全球運輸與貿易的便利，過去一世紀的經濟起飛國家，多仰賴國際進出口貿易，而進出口與海洋貨櫃運輸息息相關。然而，近十年國際經濟情勢匹變，科技發展日異，個案公司亦面臨業內對手垂死掙扎、獲利大幅下降、新興威脅者浮現、集團多角化經營失利、經營數位化不如預期、成本領導優勢被迎頭趕上等等挑戰。

    本研究將探討個案集團在多角化策略以及併購策略上的調整，長程貨櫃運輸事業體的資源優勢以及商業模式改變，以及主要遠洋航線的策略目標、策略活動、業務服務等演進。研究將採用個案研究法，透過訪談個案公司高階主管及行銷智庫人員蒐集相關資訊，並彙整全球經濟演變與產業相關資料與報告，加以整合分析個案公司的策略創新點、競爭優勢、競爭策略、營運模式、顧客關係與行銷活動等等戰略作法。藉由本研究的分析探討，希冀能提供產業內企業做為未來策略規劃觀點參考，與個案公司在經營模式演變上的建議。
