Title:	以成員互動型態區隔虛擬社群成員之研究 - 以線上運動社群為例

Abstract:	虛擬社群成員互動密切係社群呈現電子商務商機之要素之一。瞭解社群成員之互動行為則有助於成員互動程度之增進。本研究旨在探討線上運動社群成員互動行為之因素構面，並藉以分析社群成員類型，以瞭解不同類型之社群成員特性。研究結果顯示：線上運動社群成員之互動行為因素包括：文章與議題討論、建立人際網絡、以及資訊需求。將此互動行為因素進行集群分析，則社群成員可區隔為資訊交換者、建立友誼者、資訊溝通者、以及興趣瀏覽者等四個類群；不同類型成員對於社群的認同與參與程度不同。本研究並根據各類群社群成員之特性，提出相關建議供實務界參考。
