    Abstract: 甲是某靈修中心的弟子，因為不滿乙離開靈修中心，並於外界散布靈修中心不利傳言，甲遂協同靈俢中心弟子共二十餘人，先前往乙之小叔所經營的診所，並手拉「忘恩負義」、「欺人太甚」等布條，於診所營業時間在診所內及診所門口徘徊，不時大聲高喊「還我公道」，設法影響診所營業約一小時；接著甲又召集群眾，前往乙友人經營的書店在書店內外舉「忘恩負義」、「欺人太甚」等白布條，經書店請警察前來才停止；最後甲又再度召集群眾，手持「忘恩負義」、「欺人太甚」等白布條，前乙友人經營的麵包店，逕自在營業中而屬公眾得出入的該麵包店內、外路邊徘徊，其中部分人逕自在店外騎樓地上靜坐，並數度在麵包店外路邊之公共場所共同高喊「還我公道」等語，前後歷時約一小時左右。
