Title:	網路文字交談的隱私利益及其刑法保護

Abstract:	甲曾申請社群網路facebook帳號，並於手機及個人筆記型電腦設定facebook的程式及連結，可以透過同一組帳號及密碼，同時登入手機及筆電的facebook網頁閱讀、撰寫文章，並利用facebook提供的訊息留言介面與友人互動。甲之女友乙因近日雙方關係甚為冷淡，為了知悉甲近期動態，先設法獲悉甲筆電的登入密碼，某日趁甲外出時，帶走甲的筆電至速食店，先登入作業系統後連結網路，接著再登入甲的facebook網頁，這時不知情的甲正好與另一女性友人丙透過facebook的留言系統聊天，甲發訊息後，丙立即閱讀、回應，甲看到丙回應後，也再立即回應，兩人透過訊息留言介面聊天共計十五分鐘，這段過程全部都被盜用甲筆電的乙即時監看，乙看完甲、丙聊天之後，立即將筆電放回原處。請問乙的刑事責任如何？（告訴乃論之罪均已提出告訴）
