Abstract:	甲某日持刀前往乙家欲尋仇殺乙，到了乙家後，乙妻丙前來應門，甲告知應乙邀請前來拜訪，因為甲是舊識，丙乃邀請甲進入家中，甲接著發現乙並不在家，另行起意持刀威脅丙，要求丙脫去衣物，並以丙自己的手插入其陰道內供甲觀賞，不從將予以殺害，丙害怕只好照辦，甲觀賞十餘分鐘後即離開。請問甲刑事責任如何？
