Title:	以無障礙雙模式網頁基礎之網路學習平台

Abstract:	近年來，網路學習結合了網際網路與電腦教學輔助技術，提供學習者隨時、隨地上網學習、個別化的學習方式、精熟學習、合作教學及即時回饋等優點，而全球資訊網以其優異的多媒體呈現能力，生動活潑約互動方式，成為網路學習(E-leaming)的最佳媒介。另一方面，傳統瀏覽器利用視覺呈現網頁資訊的方式對身心障礙者漸顯其限制。為此，網頁可及性的概念於是被提出，目的是希望不論一般人或身心障礙者，都能夠非常方便地透過全球資訊網取得完整的資訊服務。無障礙雙模式網頁即為協助身心障礙者取得網路資訊所提出的新網頁模式，其特點有以下三項八：(1)具備滑鼠、鍵盤操作雙模式(2)視覺、語音呈現雙模式(3)網頁符合無障礙網頁AAA級別之網站架構。本研究擬以無障礙雙模式網頁為基礎，開發具備合作學習、線上課程、測驗問卷、學習記錄及個人設定等功能的無障礙網路學習平台。
