Abstract:	由於網際網路的普及及推廣因而衍生的負面效應，如資訊濫用、駭客入侵與攻擊(如大學入學考試中心)、網路集體自殺、網路病毒、網路色情、網路詐騙、網路傳播淫穢圖片、網路盜竊、網路虛假廣告損害消費者利益及沉迷於網路遊戲世界等等問題。因此，在網際網路蓬勃發展的同時如何能正常地善用網路資源及提供一個純淨的網路空間(Cyberspace)，即成為現今之一重要議題。因此，本文主要以TANet 不當資訊審議機制為主要研究內容，首先根據文獻探討之分析結果作為依據，進而設計訪談問卷，並進行訪談及意見交流，最後規劃其審議機制架構，以作為日後TANet 不當資訊審議機制建立與推廣之參考標準。
