Title:	建置銀行保險資訊代理人架構研究

Abstract:	在銀行保險快速成長及網際網路蓬勃發展下，「業務處理電子化」及「代理人架構」是目前保險電子商業之發展趨勢。銀行保險代理保險商品，依據代理理論(Principal-Agent Theory)，分擔部分責任與風險，以保險輔助人身份，提供保險專業協助，仲介保險服務的供給需求。探討「告知義務」議題，參考資源依賴理論及資訊串聯等理論，為加強資訊完整性，改善資訊不對稱，建議運用網際網路資訊資源，連接保險特定組織。提出銀行保險資訊B2B代理人架構，將取用的資訊品質構面，於系統分析規劃中勘入，強調品質是可以設計出來的。並以銀行保險架構對應電子商務的網路三個思維。本研究以為援用B2B代理人架構，可以延伸至其他保險通路，藉以強化通路品質，進而創造消費者、保險公司及通路服務商(銀行保險業者)的三贏局面。
