Title:	縮短城鄉學校數位落差-以宜蘭地區資訊服務學校為例

Abstract:	教育部九十年起推動「縮減中小學城鄉數位落差」計畫，深獲各級學校的熱烈迴響及社會各界的鼎力支持；除讓偏遠學校的教師與學生的資訊使用環境有所改善外，也提升了他們在資訊時代的競爭優勢。為延續這項計畫成果，民國九十三年起成立「大專青年資訊志工營運中心」，由中原大學資訊管理學系、商學研究中心以及數位機會與關懷辦公室共同執行，預計成立300個資訊志工服務團隊，來協助媒合大專院校、高中職學生前往偏鄉地區進行數位服務工作。非常榮幸我們連續五年參與這項有意義的計畫，致力推動宜蘭地區偏遠學校資訊服務，為縮減城鄉數位落差努力的盡一份心力。這篇論文主要目的，是希望以基層執行者的角色，將近三年（92-94年）參與服務的經驗與具體模式，提供主管單位、其它資訊服務團隊及受服務學校作為參考，在未來活動規劃與執行上，能夠更加完善。
