    Abstract: ICT在教學上之衝擊影響已不容忽視,且在實施時必須審慎的規畫及建置。針對教師應用ICT於教學的能力及需求,網管人員必須設計與建置適當的資訊環境 (如網路環境、學習裝置、學習系統等) ,形成一個完善的ICT學習情境 (Learning Scenario) ,才能順利達到教學的目標。本研究從資訊與教育的角度,嘗試利用SBD方法,探討發展ICT學習情境的可行性。由本研究學校網管人員與教師共同合作發展ICT學習情境的實例發現,學校在發展ICT學習情境時,透過SBD方法,能更直覺、更真實的描述整個學習情境與呈現活動進行的過程內容,以提供教師做為活動設計時的參考,及網管人員設計與建置資訊環境時的指引。
