    Title: 中共政權「維吾爾自治區」之研究

    Abstract: 本論文旨在對中共政權下的「維吾爾自治區」，作有系統的分析與整理；使吾人對新疆現貌，有更清楚之認識；希望於大陸光復之後，提供新疆重建的參考。本文以政治學角度，用分析、綜合、比較文獻資料的方法，探討主題，然因現況資料缺乏，殊有不週不全的自感。
    本文共分七章二十二節，其主要內容為：
    第一章「緒論」，共分三節，首先綜述新疆史、地及人文狀況以明基本背景。
    第二章「共黨處理民族問題之策略」共分三節概述馬列主義的民族策略以明中共政權的承緒性。
    第三章「政治狀況分析」共分三節對該自治區之成立、建制、政治型態逐一分析並探討中共對該區之移民及軍屯制度。
    第四章「經濟狀況分析」共分三節，對該區目前之農、林、牧、礦、工業作詳盡之闡述。
    第五章「交通建設分析」共分六節，對中共在該區之交通建設作客觀分析。
    第六章「文教狀況分析」共分四節，對中共之民族教育政策、教育措施、及「語文改革」等均作實質之分析與檢討以明其文教措施之本質與目的。
    第七章係以對該區之囘顧與展望作為本文結論。
