The schools in Taiwan mostly promote official affairs in tradition ways so far. Even the schools devote to construct wireless area network very much but the impacts on learning and schooling are relatively low. Most of students are still used to sharing information in Bulletin Board System. The Bulletin Board System is prevailed between students groups which makes students and staff the information gap.
The project plays an information platform role which provides students and staff the channels and all kinds of possibilities to share the learning source and information. By group classification with search engine, the end users can find efficient and effective information on the platform. The project focus on 2D bar code`s characters, fast generated and easily recognized to design clearly coding websites. The message publishers print 2D bar code in the papers, in a low-cost way, delivering the message on the information platform at the same time.
The receivers can decode the message by the cell phone to connect with TANET, if they are interested in advanced information, and arrange the message contents into online-personal- calendar. The project fully functions both on desktop and mobile devices.
The system can be applied for arranging the customized schedules and dates on online calendar by using NB or other calendar electronic devices. It will fully function by combining the application of marketing and knowledge management to be promoted from the campus to the daily life.
