Title:	吳岳剛海洋垃圾影像展 : The `Litter` Mermaid 垃圾美人魚

Abstract:	塑膠成了鳥飼料「漂浮在海洋上的塑膠垃圾非常多，多到現在的海鳥有90%會把塑膠垃圾吃下肚，而且到了2050年，大概每一隻海鳥都會吃到塑膠垃圾。這項在一篇新近發表的研究論文中所公布的發現，是首度有人針對『塑膠在全世界的海鳥體內變得有多麼常見』這個議題進行研究而得到的結果。…『這個結論令人震驚，』擔任這篇論文主筆、在澳大利亞聯邦科學和工業研究組織（Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization）擔任研究科學家的克里斯．威爾考克斯（Chris Wilcox）說。『其實，體內發現有塑膠的物種數量與每一個物種的個體數量都攀升得相當快，每年都會成長數個百分點。』科學家追蹤海鳥將塑膠吃進肚裡的情形已有數十年。1960年時，海鳥胃中含有塑膠的比例不到5%，但是到了1980年，這個比例卻躍升到了80%。」（國家地理雜誌，2015）
