Title:	網路電話服務建置與推廣：以交通大學經驗為例

Abstract:	網路電話相關應用在台灣各校園已經發展多年，但因缺乏互連互通機制，以致無法提升網路電話的效益，近兩年由於TANet (Taiwan Academic Network)校園網路語音交換平台形成，效益才逐漸顯現。本文探討交通大學更新校內的網路電話系統的過程，以及分享推動VoIP (Voice over IP)的經驗。以本研究進行期間為例，本校透過5月份教育訓練與一連串的宣導活動，6 月份的總通話量較5 月份成長了11165 秒，6 月份在撥出校外的時間成長了1362 秒，在校內互打方面成長了6238 秒。其次，建置網路電話系統時，除了必備的系統功能外，使用者最在意的是容易上手，為了盡力達成這個要求，建議可以透過ENUM (Telephone Number Mapping)來讓使用者根本不知道所使用的是網路電話。
