Abstract:	科技傳播與社會的變遷，改變了人類的出版文化與閱讀習慣，而在知識社會中，圖書館將善用多樣化的媒體，提供多元化網路知識服務以因應之。本文將研析大學圖書館利用電子報進行知識服務之研究，並以淡江大學為例分享經驗。 As the communication technologies and the society have progressed, the culture of publishing and the habit of reading also been transferred. In the knowledge society, libraries will provide various web-based services with multiple media. This article gives a case study of the services with e-Newsletter in academic libraries.
