Abstract:	RSS是一種用來傳遞資訊（例如新聞）的XML文件格式，透過RSS的使用，供應資訊內容的人可以很容易地傳播資訊。網路上充斥多樣化的RSS新聞頻道，與其中的即時資訊，因此，提供個人化服務幫助使用者過濾新聞。是一個重要的課題。本研究提出一個以使用者訂閱的本體論為基礎的個人化RSS推薦系統，運用新聞頻道的關係，以內容導向過濾(Content-Based Filtering)的方式和文件分類的技術，找出使用者感興趣的新聞，並提供興趣值的欄位，讓使用者能於RSS閱覽器上依照此欄位排序，同時配合Sliding Window與Feedback的機制，讓系統的推薦能依照使用者的需求變動。
