Title:	企業策略、企業社會責任報告與租稅規避之關聯性

Abstract:	為瞭解企業策略、企業社會責任（Corporate Social Responsibility, CSR）報告與租稅規避之關聯性，本文以Miles and Snow (1978, 2003) 的策略分類法作為企業策略分類之依據，探討在不同的策略下，企業出具CSR 報告與租稅規避之關聯性。研究對象為2002 年至2013 年之國內上市櫃公司。實證結果顯示，如果單看是否出具CSR 報告與租稅規避沒有顯著關係；在沒有出具CSR 報告書的情況下，僅先驅者有顯著的租稅規避情況；至於在有出具CSR 報告書的情況下，財稅差異與現金有效稅率均顯示先驅者的避稅行為顯著較高，而財稅差異與裁量性財稅差異均顯示穩健者顯著的避稅程度較低。
