    Abstract: 隨著網際網路的興盛,個人行動裝置普及,越來越多的不同的商業模式藉由跨界的創新破壞模式崛起改變了企業競爭模式,互聯網引領之平台變革方興未衰,協作式生態系統日漸盛行,創新商業模式與新科技應用重塑已成為企業領導人最為迫切要項。面對新科技技術的挑戰,企業對資訊長角色的期待已從現有系統架構維運變為企業策略協作,期待能透過資訊科技與企業發展策略配合架構下,快速改變遊戲規則顛覆新市場與新行業,以期IT戰略與企業業務戰略一致,達到部署數字技術,聚焦客戶體驗,提升企業敏捷營運等未來發展目標。

    透過台灣製造業公司個案分析,藉由總體環境 PEST 分析企業外在環境總體環境中因素以及企業內部價值鏈管理,產銷人發財等業務流程分析與業界標竿比對,找出商業價值重點,依此對企業資訊策略整體規劃與相關執行面展開與發展研究,包含流程面、組織面和人員能力面向之配套工作。 所得之結論與建議 : 企業核心價值確認與聚焦,是確保企業商業價值的重點方向,配套工作之展開,階段策略校準與敏捷行動規劃,提供業務戰略數據分析與洞察,加快專案項目執行速度等方向,是企業數位轉型價值落實方法。
    As internet and mobile device evolving, there are emerging different buinsess modle by leverage this disruptive technology in mobile, social, and cloud solution to build up the enterprise competition. The new busineess model,ecosystem and new technology has reshape the imperative strategy for growth. And the role of CIO has also changed from current system maintenance and sustain to how to align the business strategy and IT stragety in order to have clear digital transformation roadmap which help to focus on client experience and also enterprise agility.
    Through this case study analysis, try to pinpoint the key improvement area in the business value chain and come out the clear business roadmap to how to implement the competitive IT environment by anylizing PEST, SWOT and internal value chain form order to cash processes. By benchmark analysis, we identify the key hot area for enterprise to focus and prioritize the business impact in order to harvest the benefit in agile environement. After this study and systemic insight activities development, we found that to align with business strategy and IT strategy is the critical priority to start the digital transformation journey.
    Our suggestions are to conduct the complete analysis from outside in and keep CIO in the mode of both technology and business.
    Suggest to have broaden and deeper analysis in different industry sector and more real case to have complete conclusion due to the case’s limitation.
