    Title: 環境企業社會責任對綠色供應鏈管理與客戶滿意度之影響
    The impact of Environmental Corporate Social Responsibility on Green Supply Chain Management and Customer Satisfaction

    Abstract: 環境問題一直是全球最為關注的話題,企業是環境問題的重要主體,環境企業社會責任的落實可以很大程度地促進世界環境問題的改善。然而從過去企業的經濟效益角度考慮問題時,在產品生命週期中對環境保護的投入常與之矛盾。只有將環境效益融入到經濟效益中,才能兩全其美,所以綠色供應鏈管理(Green Supply Chain Management)作為一種新興的企業戰略管理模式引起企業和學術界的重視。本研究欲探討企業的環境企業社會責任(Environmental Corporate Social Responsibility),綠色供應鏈管理和客戶滿意度三者之間的關係,我們通過觀察環境企業社會責任的落實能否為實行綠色供應鏈管理的企業降低成本,規避風險,為客戶提供滿意的產品和服務,創造價值,獲得市場競爭優勢。雖然現有不少關於綠色供應鏈管理和企業財務績效,運營績效的研究,然而目前少有學者將綠色供應鏈管理和企業表現中的客戶滿意度做連結,本研究欲彌補中間之空缺。
    本研究樣本取自第四輪供應鏈資料庫,共計58筆臺灣工廠數據資料,並使用Smart PLS 3.0統計軟體作為分析工具。研究結果發現環境企業社會責任對綠色供應鏈管理有正向的積極影響,並驗證綠色供應鏈管理可以顯著提高客戶滿意度。此外,本研究參考利害關係人理論,發現投票型利害關係人(VS)和政治型利害關係人(PS)的壓力會加深環境企業社會責任對綠色供應鏈管理的影響,經濟型利害關係人(ES)對環境企業社會責任和綠色供應鏈管理有正向影響但不顯著。
    Environmental issue has always been the heated topic among the world, and enterprises play an important role in it. The improvement of environmental corporate social responsibility (ECSR) can help ameliorate these environmental issues. However, while considering economic benefits and environmental benefits, enterprises will prefer the former one. So, only by integrating environmental and economic benefits together that we can achieve that two goals. Therefore, green supply chain management (GSCM) has attracted to be a new strategic management model for enterprises. The purpose of this study is to find the relationship between environmental corporate social responsibility, green supply chain management and customer satisfaction. First, we will observe whether the improvement of ECSR can help reduce costs or avoid risks for enterprises which implementing GSCM. Furthermore, it will help enterprises achieve competitive advantage in market by providing customers with satisfactory products. Although there are many studies on GSCM and financial performance, operational performance, few scholars link GSCM with customer satisfaction, and this study is intended to fill this gap.
    The sample of this study was collected from the fourth round database of Supply Chain, including 58 Taiwan factories. Smart PLS 3.0 will be used as an analysis tool. Our finding suggest that ECSR has a positive impact on GSCM, while GSCM is proved to improve customer satisfaction significantly. In addition, this study refers to stakeholder theories and finds that pressure from voting stakeholder (VS) and political stakeholder (PS) will increase the impact of ECSR on GSCM, and economical stakeholder ( ES) has a positive effect on ECSR and GSCM, but it is not significant.
