Title:	中唐「復仇」案例與禮法爭議研究 Revenge and the Controversy of Propriety and Law in the Middle-T`ang Dynasty

Abstract:	本文聚焦於中唐復仇案例，著眼於兩個面向：其一是中唐著名的「復仇」史實，其二是文人書寫的「復仇」故事，探討史籍和文學作品，如何闡述朝廷的權衡、官吏的抉擇，以及輿論的意見。第一，析論德宗年間劉士幹復仇案。第二，探討唐憲宗元和年間的余常安、梁悅兩則復仇案，前者被朝廷依法處死，引起輿論的譁然，後者卻只是從輕發落，遭到流放。第三，檢討唐憲宗元和十二年（817）的謝小娥為父親及夫婿復仇一案，此事被中唐著名的傳奇作家李公佐遇見，故產生〈謝小娥〉傳奇。其後，歐陽修、宋祁等人在編纂《新唐書》時，乃將李公佐所著視為真實的故事，並收錄於史籍，遂有由「傳奇」到「史籍」的情形。
