    Abstract: 台北市政府訴願審議委員會為慶祝成立五十週年紀念,於九十九年六月二十八;二十九兩日假公務人力發展中心,舉辦「中;日;韓三國行政救濟效能之比較」國際學術研討會。日本法制部分,特邀請東京大學法學部山本隆司教授,以「試論日本行政不服審查法之修正」為題進行報告。 本文係山本教授對日本行政不服審查法近年來之修正過程,為全面概述與評論,尤其兼及此一制度與行政程序;資訊公開;行政訴訟等行政法基本制度之關係。結論而言,山本教授分別從「審查組織」與「審查程序」論證,認為此次日本行政不服審查法之修正,欠缺與其他各制度間大方向之深入討論,且認為應吸收各國之立法經驗,日本仍有很大學習空間。此種自謙;自省態度,亦值得吾人效法。爰翻譯全文,以饗本誌廣大讀者。
