    Abstract: 最高行政法院及台北;台中;高雄等高等行政法院為慶祝新制行政訴訟實施十週年紀念,於二一年六月三十日至七月二日假公務人力發展中心,舉辦中;日;美;德;法國際學術研討會。日本法制部分,特邀請剛卸任日本最高法院法官;現為東北大學名譽教授之藤田宙靖博士,以「二四年行政事件訴訟法修正對日本行政法理論及實務之影響」為題,發表專題演講。本文係藤田教授對二四年法律修正之重點評釋,尤其針對訴訟類型之增加;訴訟要件之緩和及暫時救濟制度之充實,均予正面評價。惟藤田教授認為,本次修正未必均係引進全新法律制度,相當部分係將學說及近年來最高法院之判例予以明文化而已;且新制實施時日尚淺,其成效有賴今後密切觀察。有鑑藤田教授於日本學術及實務之崇高地位,其立論深值吾人學習,爰取得主辦單位之同意轉載,以饗本誌廣大讀者。
