Title:	繼受外國法社會法學教育的發展

Abstract:	本論文嘗試探討東亞地區法學專業教育制度。作者分析二年以來中國大陸、台灣、日本及韓國等法學教育的發展。文中分析台灣跟中國大陸最近幾年大量增加的法律相關系所的現象並同時說明日本與韓國在決定設立法科大學院以後到現在的發展情形。最後著重說明台灣法學教育最近兩個重要發展。說明二七年以來教育部顧問室成立法學創新教學補助計畫辦公室,啟動所謂案例式、對話式、理論與實務結合、專業法律與專業倫理課程發展的法學創新教學情形;討論將近六百人次參加的法學創新教學可能影響。另外,則分析即將在二一一年啟動的司法考試制度的變革情形。
