Abstract:	This study argues that the prolonged life expectancy does not necessarily mean aging of population.To establish personal account and to reform the pay-as-you-go pattern to the funding model will not solve the problem that arises with the increasing life expectancy.Possible measures include extending retirement age,increasing contributions,or reducing the level of pensions. 本文針對年金改革,提出重要觀點。主要包括壽命延長不等于老化;建立個人賬戶以及將隨收隨付改為積累制均不能解決壽命延長帶來的問題。應考慮延遲退休年齡、提高費率或降低給付水平等措施。
