Abstract:	A證券經紀商因董事長甲炒作某上市能源股票失利，與妻子乙聯手將A公司新臺幣（下同）十二億元現金存款全部領走，捲款潛逃海外，A證券公司因而周轉失靈致無法履行對客戶丙等投資人之交割股款。試問：投資人丙等人依法可獲得何種償付？基金賠付之順序如何？
