    Abstract: 本文聚焦於西夏文醫藥文獻的整理與研究,討論《黑水城出土西夏文醫藥文獻整理與研究》一書以及其他相關論著中的體例、翻譯、語法與解讀等方面的議題。藉由本文的討論,揭示當代西夏研究中具代表性的典型問題,引發對西夏醫藥文獻研究的重新思考,並且探討此後研讀西夏文獻的方法論。
    This article focuses the philological issues in previous researches on the Tangut medical literatures, mainly in A Collating Research on Khara-Khoto Medical Literatures Collected, the most profound collection so far, together with other studies concerning the Tangut medical literatures found in Khara-Khoto. This article also reveals the typical methodological problems in modern Tangutology by examining the processes in the decipherment of Tangut manuscripts.
